If you are a student interested in taking CCP in the 2026/2027 school year but you missed the mandatory informational meeting on January 7th, you need to let your school counselor know ASAP so we can schedule an individual meeting with you.

The links pasted below will take you to the required paperwork for enrollment in CCP. All papers and digital forms were included in the checklist packet (blue and yellow). If you have lost your packet, you may come to the counseling office and pick up another one, OR click the links below and print off the required forms.

If you are a student who has never taken CCP before, your checklist is HERE. (This was the blue packet from the CCP meeting.)

If you are a student who is continuing your CCP education, your checklist is HERE. (This was the yellow packet from the CCP meeting.)

Visit 2025/2026 Info Session to view the most recent CCP presentation.

Once you've reviewed that, please fill out the session confirmation form.

Then, visit 2026/2027 CCP Intent Form and submit by April 1.

Please fill out the mature content permission slip and the mature content student questionnaire.

Make sure to read the annual notice and print and sign the counseling session form.

While CCP students may choose any public or private university in Ohio, we have a special partnership with Akron and Stark State.

In addition to the two listed above, these universities are located within 35 miles of Orrville.

Upon graduation from high school, if you are applying to a different college or university from which you completed CCP courses, you MUST request your official transcript directly from the college or university from which you received CCP credit.  Official transcripts must be sent directly to the new college or university to be considered for transfer credit.  For our partner colleges, click the relevant link below to make your request.
