Enrollment Information – Orrville City Schools

Welcome to Orrville City Schools! We are excited to welcome new students and families to our district. Below you’ll find important information about the enrollment process for all grade levels.

Kindergarten Enrollment

Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1 to be eligible for kindergarten enrollment. Registration for the upcoming school year typically opens in March.

To begin the registration process:

• Visit our online registration platform: FinalForms

• If you are a returning user, log in to your existing account.

• If you are new to the district, click “New Account” to create your profile and start the process.

After you complete your online registration, the building secretary will contact you to schedule an appointment and verify the submitted documents.

New Student Enrollment (Grades 1–12)

Families new to the Orrville City School District should also register through FinalForms. Once your account is created, you will be prompted to enter student and family information, upload required documents, and complete district-specific forms.

Required Documentation

To complete enrollment, please have the following items available for upload:

• Birth certificate

• Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)

• Immunization records

• Custody paperwork (if applicable)

• Parent/guardian photo ID

Preschool Enrollment

Orrville City Schools partners with the Tri-County Educational Service Center (ESC) to provide preschool services. Enrollment is managed through the ESC, not the school district.
