Orrville City Schools is proud to recognize students who are representing our district with excellence, leadership, and character.
At the February 18, 2026, Board of Education meeting, board members joined students for a celebratory photo following several student recognitions.
Middle School Spelling Bee Finalists
Two Orrville Middle School students, Thomas Plymale and Quentin Duffield, were recognized as Spelling Bee Finalists. These students advanced to compete in the Wayne County Spelling Bee, held on January 20, 2026, in the Orrville High School Auditorium. Their hard work, preparation, and confidence on stage reflect the dedication and perseverance we value in Orrville.
High School Students of the Month
Orrville High School Principal Mr. Andrew Brenner also recognized three high school students as Students of the Month: Kadence Houchins, Genevieve Ballard, Jacob Ott, and London Thomas. These students were honored for demonstrating outstanding character, strong citizenship, and consistent academic effort. We appreciate the positive example they set for their peers and the pride they bring to Orrville High School.
Orrville City Schools congratulates all of our recognized students and thanks our families, staff, and board members for supporting student success. We’re proud of the great things happening across our district every day.
