Orrville City Schools is proud to share that Miles Pertee, a senior at Orrville High School, has been named the April 2026 winner of the 97.5 WONE “Kids Who Rock” award. The program recognizes Class of 2026 seniors who demonstrate leadership and excellence, and monthly winners become eligible for one of two $3,000 scholarships for college or trade school.
Miles was nominated by a community member who praised his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit. While still in high school, Miles started and grew his own landscaping business, earning a reputation as a bright, hardworking, and respectful young man.
His recognition is a wonderful example of the many ways our students make a positive impact both in school and in the community. We are proud of Miles for the initiative, responsibility, and character he demonstrates, and we congratulate him on this outstanding honor.
