Orrville City Schools is considering the adoption of new instructional materials for High School English Language Arts (CommonLit 360) beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.

In accordance with Board policy and the district's curriculum adoption process, the proposed instructional materials are available for public review from July 8 through July 16, 2026.

Community members wishing to review the materials may do so at the Orrville Board of Education Office during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), by appointment.

Questions or written comments may be submitted to Amy Wilson, Director of Teaching and Learning, at WilsonA@OrrvilleSchools.org by 4:00 p.m. on July 16, 2026.

Following the public review period, the recommendation will be presented to the Orrville City Schools Board of Education for consideration.
