OHS’s Ignite Peer Mentoring Program met for the final time this school year, and discussed building community connections. Mainly, the group focused on assessing what connections students already have in the community, and other connections they have built without even thinking about it. Students listed any school, peer, personal, or professional community connections they’ve built thus far, and in groups, used those connections to build “connection towers”.  Much as community connections support our students, they supported these towers, as the biggest one reached 53 inches high. “
